Your Partner's Name: Cody Riedy

A little bit about you both:

Cody and I had been together for 10 years prior our Wedding Day. We were extremely excited to finally celebrate our commitment to each other.

Tell us a bit about the proposal:

Cody proposed on Christmas Eve 2021 and involved our two little girls.

What suppliers did you work with?:

We were lucky enough to have Sinead Walshe Harpist play for our ceremony and reception which was perfect and the guests spoke very highly of the music.

The beauty parade:

I used Ashley - MyWeddingHairDresser and Stacey - MakingFacesGorey who were absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Something old, something new?:

I created my own flower boutiques which were my something blue, my dress and earrings were something new, something old was my Nannys' watch, something borrowed was a sixpence.

The Big Day:

We held our ceremony, reception and dinner at Tulfarris.
Our photographer took many photos around the beautiful characteristic Manor house and scenery outside.

Post Wedding celebrations:

We held a Day Two celebrations with a small number of close friends and family. The BBQ and drinks were held in the Manor Bar and we had use of the Manor house.

Why did you choose Tulfarris?:

We choose Tulfarris as the Manor and ceremony room had the perfect characteristics that stood out and captured our style. Throughout our journey right from the beginning at the viewing until the big day itself staff were friendly and professional making us feel welcomed.

Honora and Kate were our personal contacts throughout the planning process and really put our worries at ease. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the day we imaged. Our wedding was child friendly as it was important to us our three children were part of the big day. All the staff were a credit to the hotel as they really made the children feel special and expertly glided serving trays around the youngsters without complaint. The bar staff were brilliant. Michael and Finn stood out with compliments from all the wedding party for their level of service and personalities in the residents bar.

Overall we are delighted with our experience and memories in Tulfarris. Thank you for making one of the biggest celebrations in our lives a massive hit!
